ABOUT VIEWPICT:

ViewPict is a picture viewer for Windows picture images. Its  main  purpose
is  to  allow  a  quick  lookup  for  an  image  you  may want to use in an
application  or  document.  ViewPict  supports  the  following  image  file
formats:

  ICO: Icons
  BMP: Bitmaps
  WMF: Windows MetaFiles

There is a 16-bit version for Windows 3.1, and a 32-bit version for Windows
95. The 32-bit version supports long filenames.

The complete package consists of four files:
  VWPICT16.EXE  16-bit executable program for Windows 3.1
  VWPICT32.EXE  32-bit executable program for Windows 95
  VIEWPICT.HLP  Windows Help file
  VIEWPICT.TXT  This text

INSTALLATION:
Copy   VIEWPICT.HLP  and  one  of  the  executable  files  VWPICT16.EXE  or
VWPICT32.EXE to the same directory. You may want to rename the EXE file  to
VIEWPICT.EXE.
